Private-use terms

This utility is intended only for John Kirkwood's authorized backup and recovery work. It is not a public service, subscription or customer service-level agreement.

Operating requirements

The runner depends on the configured Windows account, an available device, network connectivity and provider credentials. It may require operator action after a failed run, a revoked connection or an interrupted job.

Verification and recovery

A successful local capture is not proof of an off-device backup. Only a verified upload and independent download counts in the backup ledger. Existing internal recovery targets are test objectives, not customer promises. The operator must review failures and verify restoration before relying on a recovered system.

Account access

Only the authorized owner should connect the utility to Google Drive. Access can be revoked through Google account settings. The privacy notice explains the data used, storage and retention practices.
